Ingredients:
2 oz Trejo's Spirits American Whiskey Alternative
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
2 tsp Cane Sugar
1/2 Egg White (Optional)
Ice
Garnish:
Lemon Slice
Preparation:
1. Add the American Whiskey Alternative, lemon juice and cane sugar to a shaker. Add egg white for a frothy top. (Optional)
2. Add ice and shake hard.
3. Strain into a glass over ice and garnish with a citrus and a cherry.
