Ingredients:
2 oz Trejo's Spirits American Whiskey Alternative
3/4 oz Honey Syrup
3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Ice
Honey Syrup:
Stir equal parts honey and hot water until the honey dissolves. Let cool.
Garnish:
Lemon Twist
Preparation:
1. Add the American Whiskey Alternative, honey syrup and lemon juice to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake hard for about 15 seconds.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube and garnish with a lemon twist.
